This policy explains what TTD Autofill Assistant version 6.5.1 stores, how it uses the information and what happens when you fill a TTD form.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the TTD Autofill Assistant Chrome extension and its support website. The extension is an independent form-entry tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).

The extension does not provide ticket inventory, accept donations or payments, submit bookings automatically, or control the official TTD website. Your use of TTD websites and services is governed by TTD's own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information stored by the extension

We do not collect or store your personal information on developer-operated servers. Information you choose to save is kept in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) for the Chrome profile in which the extension is installed.

Depending on the workflow you use, locally saved information may include:

Pilgrim and identity details: name, surname, parent/spouse name, age, date of birth, gender, blood group, ID proof type and ID number.
Passport details: passport country and number, Visa/OCI number, visa type and validity date.
Contact and address details: phone numbers, email, street, door number, city, district, state, country, pincode/ZIP code, residential address and Gothram where applicable.
Srivari Seva details: fitness confirmations, nearest TTD temple, marital status, languages, previous volunteer experience and references.
Education and profession details: qualification, institution, graduation year, specialization, employment status, sector, profession, role, experience, employee ID, designation and workplace.
Group and Srivani profiles: the corresponding identity/contact details for saved members or pilgrims.
Files you select: supported photos and education documents used for Srivari Seva form filling.
Preferences: interface settings such as light or dark theme.

3. How the information is used

The extension uses saved information only to provide its core features:

display, edit and organize saved profiles in the extension;
fill supported fields on the active TTD webpage after you click a fill/apply action;
handle supported dependent dropdowns, passport popups and file inputs; and
remember extension preferences on your device.

Important distinction: the extension does not send profiles to our servers. When you ask it to fill a TTD page, the selected information is inserted into that webpage. If you then submit the form, the browser sends it to TTD under TTD's privacy policy and terms.

4. Collection, analytics and sharing

We do not operate a backend for extension profile data. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, trade or use your saved information for advertising, analytics, profiling, creditworthiness or unrelated purposes.

We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the extension. The extension interacts with supported TTD pages only to perform the autofill action you request.

If you voluntarily email support or contact the developer on Reddit, that communication is handled by the relevant email/Reddit service and may contain the information you choose to provide. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, OTPs or unredacted personal data.

5. Browser permissions

The extension uses Chrome capabilities needed to save your profiles locally and fill supported forms on relevant pages. These permissions are used only for the extension's stated form-filling purpose.

You can review current permissions on the Chrome Web Store listing or in Chrome's extension settings. Chrome may display permission notices when the extension is installed or updated.

6. Your choices and data retention

Review and correct: view and edit saved details through the extension interface.
Delete entries: remove individual pilgrims, members or saved details using available controls.
Remove all extension data: uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored data from that Chrome profile, subject to Chrome's behavior.
Stop access: disable or uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome.

Because saved profiles are not uploaded to our servers, we cannot view, recover or remotely delete them for you.

7. Security

Local-only storage reduces external transmission, but no device storage is risk-free. Anyone with access to your unlocked computer or Chrome profile may be able to access extension data. Protect your device with a strong login, keep Chrome updated and avoid saving sensitive data on shared or public computers.

Before submitting any TTD form, review all filled values and verify that you are on an authentic official TTD domain.

8. Support website and external links

This static support website does not contain an account system or a form that collects extension profiles. It links to external sites including the Chrome Web Store, official TTD pages and Reddit. Those services have their own privacy policies.

The site's Tirumala guides credit public discussions from r/TirumalaDarshan, but this website is independently owned and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit or the subreddit.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when extension features or data practices change. The revised date at the top identifies the latest posted version. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, in extension release information.
