Terms and Conditions
Software licence terms, clearly stated.
1. Agreement and merchant
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TTD Autofill Assistant (the “Software”) and this website. The Software is offered by FireflyAI Softwares (“Merchant”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By installing, accessing or purchasing a licence for the Software, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not install, purchase or use the Software.
2. The product
TTD Autofill Assistant is browser productivity software. It lets a user save information locally in Chrome and, after a user action, fill supported fields on certain TTD webpages.
The product is not a ticket marketplace, travel agency, temple booking service, payment intermediary or representative of TTD. Licence charges are solely for permission to use the Software.
3. Licence categories
Personal and family licence
Personal, non-commercial use by you and your household is free for the extension workflows that do not require a pass. This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and subject to these terms.
Paid pass
Pilgrim-booking autofill on the TTD pilgrim portal requires an active pass. Available plans are one-time 7-day, 30-day and 90-day licences, each with one browser activation. Existing supporter keys remain accepted for their Dodo-reported validity.
Renewal timing
A new pass begins when it is purchased and does not add time to an active pass. We recommend purchasing the next pass after the current pass expires.
Supporter subscription (existing customers)
An existing no-expiry supporter key provides access only while Dodo Payments reports that key valid. The extension rechecks provider validity at least hourly.
The price, duration, single-browser activation, renewal status and taxes are displayed before purchase. Purchasing a licence does not make the purchaser an authorized TTD agent and does not permit conduct prohibited by TTD or law.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Software only for lawful form-entry assistance and in compliance with TTD's current terms, rules and technical controls. You are responsible for obtaining consent before entering or storing another person's information.
You must not:
- use the Software to bypass CAPTCHA, OTP, queues, payment controls, rate limits or access restrictions;
- misrepresent an affiliation with TTD, FireflyAI Softwares or any temple authority;
- sell, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software except where law expressly permits;
- use automation to create unfair access, overload a service or violate TTD policies;
- use saved personal information without authority or for fraud, identity misuse or other unlawful purposes; or
- market a Software licence as including a TTD ticket, reservation, donation or guaranteed booking.
5. User responsibility
You control when the Software fills a page and remain responsible for reviewing every field, selecting availability, completing CAPTCHA/OTP, making payment and submitting any form. You are responsible for the accuracy of information, the security of your device, and compliance with applicable privacy and consumer laws when handling client data.
Never rely on the Software as the sole record of a booking or transaction. Only confirmation shown in official TTD records establishes the status of a TTD service.
6. Availability and changes
TTD webpages, fields and processes may change without notice. Software features can therefore stop working temporarily or permanently. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, licence plans or compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access.
7. Fees, billing and taxes
The extension workflows that do not require a pass are free. Paid pass plans are ₹99 for 7 days, ₹299 for 30 days and ₹699 for 90 days, each paid once with no automatic renewal. Before purchase, the checkout displays the licence price, period, applicable taxes and one-time nature. Charges are for software access only and do not include TTD charges or third-party services.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record under its own terms and privacy policy. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local profile storage, supported data and support communications. Professional users are independently responsible for any additional privacy notices, consent, security or record-keeping obligations that apply to client data.
9. Intellectual property
The Software, branding, website design and original documentation are owned by or licensed to FireflyAI Softwares. TTD names, marks and services belong to their respective owners. References to TTD identify compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
10. No guarantee and disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee ticket availability, queue priority, successful autofill, booking completion, payment success, darshan, accommodation or any outcome on a TTD or third-party service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireflyAI Softwares will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; loss of opportunity, data, revenue or booking; TTD downtime or changes; payment-provider issues; or decisions made using community information.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a paid licence will not exceed the amount you paid for that licence during the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence for non-payment, misuse, security risk, violation of these terms or unlawful activity. Sections intended to survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions—will survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the Merchant's principal place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right available under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the product or licence model changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
