1. What is delivered

Everything we sell is a digital licence. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. When and how

• When payment succeeds, the licence key appears on the success page of this website.
• The same key and a payment receipt or invoice are emailed to the address entered at checkout, normally within a minute.
• If you tick “Activate this extension automatically” and the extension is installed, the key is also sent straight to the extension.

3. If the key does not arrive

Check your spam folder, then use Find my key with the email used at checkout. If you still do not have your key within 24 hours of payment, email ttdautofill@gmail.com with the payment reference. We will re-send or re-issue the key, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver it.

4. Activation and validity

Paste the key into the extension (choose “Enter licence key”). The pass period (7, 30 or 90 days) begins when the pass is purchased, so activate it soon after you receive it. A multiple-pass key can be activated on as many browsers as were purchased.

5. Delivery failures

If we fail to deliver a working key because of our own technical or fulfilment error, you are entitled to a replacement key or a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
