Five checks solve most issues
2. Use the matching tab
Choose Pilgrims, individual Seva, Group Seva or Srivani to match the TTD page you opened.
3. Wait for the page
Let the TTD form and its dropdowns finish loading, then open the extension and click the relevant fill action.
4. Refresh after an update
Reload the TTD tab after Chrome updates or after installing a new extension version.
5. Verify every field
Autofill is an entry aid. Review names, IDs, dates, dropdowns and files before you submit or pay.
TTD page unavailable?
Availability, login, CAPTCHA and payment problems are controlled by TTD or its providers, not by the extension.
Common questions
Workflow-specific fixes
Some pilgrim slots are not filled
The extension intentionally detects available slots and fills only the number present. Confirm that the saved list is in your preferred order and that the TTD page has rendered all slots before trying again.
Passport popup does not complete
Check that country, passport number, Visa/OCI number, visa type and validity date are complete and valid. Close any half-open popup, refresh the booking page and retry after it fully loads.
Photo or document upload fails
For supported Srivari Seva uploads, use JPEG or PNG within the TTD form's current size limit (the published workflow currently specifies up to 1 MB). Re-select the file in the extension if it was moved or removed from your device.
A Group Seva member fills the wrong section
Confirm the member number in the extension matches the accordion on the TTD page. Member 1 is the team leader. Fill one member at a time and verify before allowing auto-advance.
Srivani fills fewer than expected
Srivani supports up to 4 saved people and fills the rows available on the current form. It cannot create additional ticket inventory or bypass the booking limit.
Saved details disappeared
Data is stored in Chrome's local extension storage for that browser profile. Removing the extension or clearing its storage deletes it. It is not synced to a developer account or recoverable from our servers.

What the pass covers
A pass unlocks one-click autofilling of the TTD pilgrim-booking form. Srivani and other saved details remain free. Choose a one-time 7-day pass for ₹99, 30-day pass for ₹299 or 90-day pass for ₹699 at ttd-info.vercel.app/pass. Existing supporter keys remain accepted.
One browser at a time
Each pass key activates on a single browser and cannot be transferred after activation. Use it in the browser where it was first activated.
When to renew
A new pass begins when it is purchased and does not add time to an active pass. We recommend buying the next pass after the current one expires.
Automatic activation
Open the pass page from the extension and, after a successful payment, the pass activates in that browser automatically. You can also copy and paste the pass key into the extension at any time.
Refunds & returns
Digital pass keys are non-returnable once used. If you haven't used a pass, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and it will be returned to your original payment method. See Refund Policy.
Payment trouble
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. For a failed payment, a missing key, or a receipt, email ttdautofill@gmail.com with the order reference and we'll sort it out.
